Exhibition at the Suter Gallery Te Aratoi o Whakatu, Nelson, 25 June - 25 July 2010. I was invited to curate an exhibition by the Suter's curator, Anna-Marie White. The exhibition was of works from the Suter collection. The challenge was that I only had one day to look through the collection in the store room and select works to display. I wanted to select a lot of works - there were approximately 50 works in the exhibition in the end - because it is my opinion that many public galleries have very good collections, but that these works are not sufficiently visible - not often displayed.
