This report presents the findings of the second phase, Deployment of an interactive web-space to share examples of work-based and work-placed e-learning in action, of the four-phased research project. It provides; • Image rich descriptions of how e-learning applications are used in off-the-job (work-based) and on-the-job (work-place) learning activities. • Summaries of interviews, New Zealand Industry Insights, conducted with industry training professionals or managers on their perceptions of the present and future role of e-learning in vocational education and industry training.
