Abstract or Summary
After the break up of her marriage, Kate is left living in the country with her daughter. Adding to her frustrations are the patronizing attitudes of the local farmers and the constant barking of her neighbor’s dog. When her daughter is bitten, she opts for the practical rural solution, and sets out to kill the dog. Things do not go as planned.
