Abstract or Summary

The results of the survey established the specific needs of industry within the broad spectrums of Customer Service, People skills and Communication as both skills and attributes. This has shown that there is a constant need for research to establish exactly what industry regard as necessary to include in our delivery in both general terms and specifics.
