Abstract

Discusses recent research on leading knowledge workers from three perspectives - shared leadership, self managed teams and emerging leadership theories. Includes discussion on how the emerging issues of leading knowledge workers impact on leaders, academics and practitioners, particularly in relation to ongoing performance.
