Abstract or Summary
Morphogenic change in society has had a huge impact on the availability of education and training. While education and training decisions in the past were relatively simple and often taken on personal and/ or financial grounds, the increased availability of education and training and sophistication of market needs often leave decision makers perplexed. This paper explores the needs for education and training by following a balanced scorecard approach.
