Participate as chorister in concert performance as a member of the North Shore Camerata, (dir Jenny Firth) Takapuna, Saturday August 20, 7.30 at Saint George's Presbyterian Church, Takapuna.
Works included Te Deum (Otto Olson) Vivaldi's Gloria, Zadok the Priest (Handel), O Quam Glorious (Victoria), Above All Praise and All Majesty (Mendelssohn) and I Was Glad (Parry).
Study of the scores and rehearsal with the choir provided invaluable information towards the continued development of my own choral writing and my lecturing to composition students.
