Commissioned research report. Waihi East Ratepayers Group (WERGI) sort to undertake a snap shot survey of:- residents who had experienced a “top-up” or “buy out” of their property, residents in the Gladstone Road area, and residents in the Barry/Boyd and Union/Clarke/George/Gilmore/Baker areas because of concerns and an unease with how Newmont was addressing their issues.
