Abstract

This presentation addresses a process that was designed and implemented aiming to apply Process Mining tools and techniques in projects aimed to improve process performance. The intent is to help you:
- Understand Process Mining (PM);
- Understand how organizations could apply Process Mining tools and techniques in order to conduct project aimed to improve process performance.
