Abstract or Summary

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The purpose of this report is to provide insights into the enhanced education programme of the Hospice Anywhere Programme (July 2016 – January 2018). Education activities are focussed on providing continuous professional development for: - Hospice Waikato Staff, - Age Related Residential Care (ARRC) facilities, and - Primary providers Wintec was engaged to evaluate the Hospice Anywhere Programme and a Progress Report (Progress Report Hospice Anywhere Programme Evaluation: Phase 1 Pre-implementation Insights), related to the Engagement phase of the Hospice Anywhere Programme was finalised in April 2018.
