Abstract or Summary
This research will focus on a retail store. It will analyse the development history of social media and its impact on increasing sales within the fashion industry and consumer behaviours. Then it will analyse the Chinese social media environment and Chinese female consumers' clothing buying behaviours. Based on these results, this research aim is to identify clear and useful recommendations for this store to improve the sales to Chinese female market using social media.
