Abstract or Summary

This case study research is to investigate the health and safety concerns of an organisation. Safety is a culture that is embedded within organisations. This research project aims to analyse the current state of safety culture and climate in the organisation, identify the changes the organisation needs to make in order to improve their safety culture, and formulate a long-term plan in order to make those changes last. Observation and interviews are to be undertaken with an analysis comparing primary data with other organisations.
