Performing as a chorister member of Auckland Choral in this significant milestone event marking the 100th performance of Handel's Messiah provided excellent opportunities for the in-depth exploration of the composition and orchestration techniques employed by Handel, one of the great composers of choral music.
It also provided an informal opportunity of a master class by Uwe Grood in conducting Handel's greatest work.
