Abstract or Summary
My Master of Arts project was an exploration of light and space, investigating how these elements can inform or deceive visual perception. My dissertation discusses the work of James Turrell and Olafur Eliasson, considering how their works explore the perception of light and space. My work and dissertation also consider the vital role of the spectator who co-produces the work through their own perceptual interpretations of light and space.
