Abstract
The aim of this paper is to show how a simple e-learning package met the educational needs of a private hospital
corporation by delivering a purely online short course on Preceptorship of Nurses in Practice nationally from the
point of view of the facilitator/lecturer and the learning opportunities that presented themselves throughout the six
weeks the course ran.
