Abstract
Reconstruction: Conversations on a City
Christchurch Art Gallery
23 June - 14 October 2012
'In acknowledging architectural heritage loss in this city's present and past, this visually rich outdoor exhibition unfolds the ways in which dreams and values have been given form in our built environment.'
This exhibition discusses the story of Christchurch in the light of the post-earthquake environment. It features reproductions of photographs, drawings, plans and paintings. Curated by Ken Hall of the Christchurch Art Gallery Te Puna o Waiwhetu.
At the close of the exhibition the Christchurch Art Gallery published a book by the same name.
