Abstract
This was a selected curated show by Craig McClure. Two large scale photographic works were included from the In the Absence of Rukes series - II and IV. These are black and white mural works that investigate issues of power and representation. Both utilise a photographic hand-worked surface to disrupt the perception of the ‘authentic’ photographic image, and give evidence of the process upon its surface.
