This report was commissioned by WAG as a voucher project. Initial research was conducted by Debbie Page, tutor, School of Media Arts, and followed up as a class project by PR students.

The research was to review and suggest an improvement to WAG website. This website is accessed through the HCC website, and had been identified as a problem, both for its ability to attract visitors, and to provide relevant and timely information to visitors.
