Mental health support workers are an ever increasing workforce in mental health services. However, the level of professional development and training appears limited in regard to ethical practice. The current research sought to explore mental health support workers perception of ethical practice. Findings suggest that support workers appear to have an excellent understanding of ethical practice, providing examples of ethical behaviour to support this conclusion.
