Abstract
In this review I paid attention to how the author used the Philosophy of the Cosmonomic Idea to develop a comprehensive and integrative view of the lingual aspect of experience. Specifically, I review key constructs in the author's thinking, namely: the relationship between norm and fact, retrocipations, anticipations, and simple vs complex linguistic concepts.
