Abstract
In the presentation, the author will introduce his implementation of the flipped teaching for engineering students in Wintec. The reflection includes four parts: description, reflection, thinking and application. by comparison the pass rates in Mechanics (DE4302) from 2013 to 2017, the results shows that the application of the flipped teaching has a positive effect on students' learning. The presentation also shares some tips for the flipped teaching.
