Abstract

In this session, we outline the process we followed at Waikato Institute of Technology (Wintec) to embed the Assessment Tool into the institute's management, support and training processes. We reasoned that if we mapped the activities in the value chain, we would be able to align processes horizontally and vertically to support the implementation of the Assessment Tool at the institute. We reflect on the lessons we have learnt, as well as the risks, challenges and solutions we have pursued.
